Mental health counseling programs are designed to prepare individuals/students to help clients with conflicts, personal problems, or emotional predicaments. Mental Health counseling has become a wide area of study that is highly recommended to those who are unbalanced and in need of support. Effective clinical mental health counselors acknowledge the differences amongst people and seek to improve their ability to work with diverse people (Gladding el at., 2010). This is very important, especially for counselors to be culturally diverse and to develop multicultural counseling competencies to be effective. The License Professional Counselor role is to provide an environment of self-examination by assisting clients with therapy and therapeutic alliance to support the process of healing. They analyze problems from different angles to provide solutions, by using method to set the stage for change. They must provide a non-judgmental environment so that the client feel respected, and of value to openly discuss life events, behaviors, feeling, and thoughts. The Holocaust was a depressing historical event. The holocaust was taken place in Germany, where Nazis took Jews away from their lives into a concentration camp. This camp is where the Jews mostly lived until their life demise. The movie, Schindler’s List, showed a great interpretation of the historical event. This movie will bring up some sociological behavior between characters and symbols from the perspective of the characters. The movie has our main character named, Oskar Schindler. Schindler is a businessman with a very successful factory with Jewish workers. In the beginning of the movie, he was speaking with the Nazis making a plan to get Jewish business owners to sell and relocate them into the ghetto. His girlfriend begged him to go so they left and from there he started to slowly helped people. Regina Pearlman spoke with Schindler about hiring her parents. He refused and sent her away and then he ranted to Stern about helping people. When he was finishing ranting, he gave him his gold watch and told them to bribe people to come to his factory and stay there for protection. From then on, he started to help Jews away from the Nazis. Later the Jews were in danger from the Nazis and he used all of his money to protect them. Then he made a list t o help the Jews and that helped them until the war has ended. The war ended and he was rewarded because he helped the Jews. This is another example of positive sanction. The watch that was given to him from the workers was an example of a symbol to Schindler because what the watch meant to him was that he could have saved much more people than he did. At the end of the movie, the people who was played in the movie from real life came to the movie and placed a rock in Schindler’s grave as way of saying thank you for what you did and saying goodbye for the last time. It also includes suggestions to improve their effectiveness in the organization. John believes himself as the best sales person in the industry and he wants the employees to follow him. He has little time to understand the problems and concerns of the workers. John has been following PACESETTING style of management. The main objective of this management style is to complete tasks with high standards of excellence (6 Management Styles, 2014). Managers takes many tasks and responsibility oh himself and expects others to follow him. It can motivate the employees as the manger sets high standards and allow the employees to become self dependent. It is an effective style of management when the employees are also experts in their fields. They require less support or direction from the manager. But John has to make sure that he does not implement this strategy where the employees need assistance and coaching. He has been successful as a sales person but as a branch manager his role is different. Michelle works as a team and she allow the employees to take part in the decision making of the company. She has been following PARTICIPATIVE style of management. Her main objective is to build consensus among the employees. This style is very effective when there is steady and friendly working environment (Hussain and Hassan, 2016.). It is also important for the staff member to work together and it requires experience staff members. Michelle has to set certain boundaries and she should not decentralized all the tasks. She has been able to develop coordination among the employees but still she has to witness hostile reactions from couple of staff members. Employees fell empowered but they also get anxious due to slow progress as compared with other groups. Michelle has to make sure that there is close supervision and the employees takes responsibilities (Girma, 2016). She can give rewards to the employees for their team effort and understanding. Maria provides clear directions to the employees and she expects them to follow the instructions. She has been using the DIRECTIVE style of management in the organization. The main objective of this style of management is to maintain control over the employees (Safi and Kolahi, 2016). Staff members are expected to work extra without any additional pay. It has increased absenteeism and dissatisfaction among the employees. Directive style can give rise to frustration and disengagement. The team loses confidence in the leader which affects the performance of the company. Maria should change her management style as it has created many problems in the organization. There is little scope of learning and the staff remains underdeveloped. Directive style is effective when there is any crisis situation. It will be better for Maria to use COACHING style of management. She can demonstrate and teach the employees which will help them to grow. Brief History of the Project A restaurant is an establishment that serves prepared food and  beverages to be consumed on the premises. The term covers a multiplicity of venues and a diversity of styles of cuisine. All restaurants provide warm and inviting environment and a variety of comfortable seating arrangements to accommodate anyone – from a single individual to a large group. The reason of putting up a cafe restaurant is that it will satisfy the needs of the people around the proposed establishment and also the wants of the people around the business. Putting up a cafe restaurant also gives pleasure to the diners because it gives relaxation to every individual who dines at any restaurants. Project Proponent The cafe restaurant caters various pasta and coffee that are affordable. Cafe restaurant offers also pastries and cakes that will satisfy the customers. Before the researchers came up with the proposed name they listed the suggested names of the restaurant and included it in the questionnaire and had a survey. Forms of Business Ownership The owners of the proposed business decided to have a partnership as form of the business. A partnership consists of two or more persons who bind themselves to contribute money or industry to a common fund, with the intention of dividing the profits among themselves. The advantages of the partnership on the business are the following: †¢ Partnerships are relatively easy to establish. With more than one owner, the ability to raise funds may be increased, both because two or more partners may be able to contribute more funds and because their borrowing capacity may be greater. †¢ Prospective employees may be attracted to the business if given the incentive to become a partner. †¢ A partnership may benefit from the combination of complimentary skills of two or more people. There is a w ider pool of knowledge, skills and contacts. †¢ Partnerships can be cost-effective as each partner specializes in certain aspects of their business. †¢ Partnerships provide moral support and will allow for more creative brainstorming. This chapter visualizes the entire concept of the management functions of the proposed business. The functions include the planning, organizing, directing and controlling. The management of the proposed business includes the job description, proposed organizational structure, hiring procedures and the operating policies, the type of the business organization, which the researchers would undertake, and the rules and regulation together with sanctions. This chapter will also discuss the mission and the vision of the proposed establishment including the goals of the business; it will also include the training and placement, salary administration, and the employee’s benefits of the proposed business. Personnel of the Establishment The researchers decided that the Coffee Boulevard would come up with () personnel that are very much trained as individuals for the function of the proposed business.
